Only now that I've accompanied my wife are I reading the reviews and I'm not surprised by the negative ones. We had an appointment at 3 PM, that's what we'd agreed on the phone. Once we arrived, we had to wait for 8 or 9 people to come in, and not only that, the people who arrived after us also came in early and were told they'd already come in that morning and the doctor wasn't there so they had to come back in the afternoon. When I said in a very friendly and normal tone that sometimes it would be enough to let them know so they don't feel ripped off, the lady at the desk replied that she shouldn't have to give me any explanations. Wrong, and I'll tell you why: If I have an appointment at 3 PM and you still haven't let me in at 4:30 PM, I think it's polite to give an explanation to someone who's been there for an hour and a half, even with an appointment. Which, of course, I pointed out. Once I got this beautiful and professional response, I retorted with, "Why are you speaking to me in such an arrogant tone?" And I even hear her reply, "You were arrogant," but how could I have been arrogant when, despite the two-hour wait, I spoke to you with a smile and a very low tone, without any nervousness. Moral of the story: we waited two hours and 10 minutes for a four-minute visit. You're not the ruler of the world; you're at the service of the citizen and should be respected as such. Highly recommended!

I am a tourist here in marrakech sadly I got sick and need major operation. Since it deal with my uterus I need gynecologist and the clinic recommend Dr. Hajji, before and after the operation I was taken good care by Dr. Hajji, yes she speak English it’s a plus for me. Her clinic is very clean and many patient are waiting All the time. It means she is very good gynecologist. Thank you Dr. Hajji.
