Honestly, I went to her and she was very patient with me, and any medication she prescribed was fine. Now I'm waiting for my husband so I can go to her again. It's only because the reception was terrible and her treatment was zero. One of the other girls, Asmaa, was very polite.

Unfortunately, this clinic has a disastrous reception and bad treatment. In addition, there is arrogance and a refusal to explain or provide details or any guidance about the medical condition from the substitute doctor. Therefore, I do not recommend visiting it.

A disastrous experience. First, the receptionist tells you to come at 3, and when you arrive, you wait for hours. Then, the doctor examines you in a flash, without questions, explanation, or clarification. Please don't waste your money with this woman; her service is terrible, and her professionalism is nonexistent.

A very bad experience with this gynecologist. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist for my first pregnancy, my first joy. The appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but she arrived almost two hours late. When I finally got in, I was asked to undress for the examination. The gynecologist came in without even apologizing for her lateness and started the examination immediately, very rushedly. She gave me no time or explanation. She was trembling, I don't know why, and was trying to find the fetal heartbeat but failing every time. Then she went to her office and told me I was having a miscarriage and that I should come back the following week; if the heartbeat didn't reappear, she would perform a D&C. Frankly, since it was my first time, I was very scared. She didn't give me any time to understand or ask questions; she simply ordered tests and gave me a report saying the baby's heart had stopped and I'd had a miscarriage. I was terrified and went through some very dark days. Thankfully, my baby was fine: a week later, another gynecologist confirmed that everything was normal. But in the meantime, this doctor put me through unbearable periods of anxiety and stress.

Absolutely no sense of professionalism or humanity. My appointment was confirmed for 3 PM, and I mentioned it was an emergency, but when I arrived at 3 PM, the doctor was already out. After waiting for over two hours, she still hadn't come back. The secretaries hide inside to avoid interacting with patients. The office is filthy and infested with cockroaches. It's disgusting!
