This was a truly catastrophic experience. I called the office to make an appointment, and they told me to come at 2:30 PM. It's now 5:30 PM, and I still haven't been seen. It's unacceptable to make an appointment and be three hours late, or even more, because I'm still sitting here waiting my turn. Frankly, I don't understand the point of making an appointment if you're going to tell me I'm going to wait three hours. And when I ask the receptionist how many patients are ahead of me, she tells me that when my turn comes, she'll call me. Of course she'll call me when it's my turn, but I just want an approximate idea of ​​how much time is left. In short, it's very poorly organized. I'm going to get up and leave now, and I'm never coming back.
