Dr Yassir Ait Benkaddour

Feeling comfortable and satisfied with any medical consultation always begins with a warm welcome, which is unfortunately lacking in this place. The receptionist (a dark-skinned woman) completely lacks respect and professionalism, treating patients with arrogance and condescension as if the service were free. Despite the numerous previous negative comments about this particular employee, the doctor seems to be either satisfied with this performance or turning a blind eye. I hope the doctor will intervene immediately to guide her and correct her way of dealing with patients, as she is damaging the clinic's reputation.

The professor is excellent, but the receptionists are absolutely terrible; they don't answer the phone, and when they do, they tell you to contact them on WhatsApp, but when I contact them on WhatsApp, they don't reply. I've been calling for three days now, but without any response. They need to revamp their staff; dealing with them is a real nightmare.

The doctor is an expert and professional. He explained my case thoroughly and treated me with respect, and I thank him for his efforts. However, unfortunately, the dark-skinned assistant who wears glasses has an inappropriate manner. She speaks loudly and treats patients condescendingly, which negatively impacts the overall experience at the clinic.

As a foreigner I will testify to Prof Ait bin cador being the best in marrakech and possibly the whole of Morocco. He dealt with 3 of my pregnancies. He accepted, respected and assessed my decision for natural birth after cesareans even though everyone else wanted to just make money by trying to scare me into another cesarean. He is an honest, kind professional and I have yet to have a Dr like him here in the UK!
