This was my first and definitely my last visit to this doctor. I arrived exactly at my scheduled appointment time and ended up waiting for more than 3 hours without being seen. The clinic was overcrowded, and there seemed to be no respect for appointment times. What made the experience even worse was the lack of clear communication. Every time I asked the receptionist about my turn, I was told that I would be seen soon, but hours passed with no progress. Patients should not have to spend half a day waiting after booking an appointment. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time. If you are looking for a doctor who respects appointments and patients, I suggest looking elsewhere. My visit was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. 😣😣

I observed that patients seeking laser treatments were consistently given priority over those visiting for actual medical skin conditions. This practice led to long waiting times and a feeling that medical needs were considered less important than cosmetic procedures. I believe a dermatologist should place patients’ health first, and I was expecting fairer treatment and better organization.”
