I was passing through the city and needed assistance. Dr. Mohamed was attentive and very knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence during the consultation. The secretary also deserves a mention, she was great. 🤍

I visited this doctor for a baby scan, but unfortunately, the consultation felt rushed. He did not take the time to properly check or address my concerns. After the scan, I was handed 3D images of the baby, but I noticed that all identifying details on the sides of the pictures had been deliberately cut off. When I asked about the baby’s weight, he did not check and instead gave me a random estimate of 2 kg. During the scan, I had doubts about his approach—at one point, he opened a patient’s file, then suddenly claimed to have found my 3D scan. His entire manner seemed hurried, as if he just wanted to move on to the next patient. Once I left the clinic and examined the 3D images, I was shocked to find that they contained no identifying information—no name, date, or baby details. Later, when I flew back home and visited my regular doctor, he was just as surprised. He questioned the legitimacy of the images and suggested I contact the clinic for a duplicate. When I did, they told me they do not keep records—which was even more concerning. To make matters worse, when I had a proper scan with my trusted doctor, the 3D images looked completely different from what I had been given, and the baby’s actual weight was 1,200g, not 2kg as the previous doctor had claimed. This raises serious ethical concerns—providing a patient with an ultrasound image that does not belong to them is unacceptable and potentially a criminal offense. I am extremely disappointed, and if I were not currently going through pregnancy, I would have taken legal action against this clinic for the misinformation and negligence!

My experience was quite disappointing. I waited over three hours for the doctor, and when he finally arrived, he didn’t seem to listen at all. He conducted a brief examination without taking the time to hear my concerns or explain my situation. I definitely do not recommend this.
