Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. I wanted to share a comment about this doctor based on my experience with her yesterday. I regret going to her. Firstly, she insulted me and yelled at me in front of other people, including her female colleagues, whose behavior showed they didn't deserve to be there. My gynecologist referred me to her for an endoscopy. I asked about the price, and they told me it was 1500 dirhams. I said no problem, as I have CNS (National Social Security Fund) coverage. When I gave them my paperwork and national ID card, I was surprised when they said they don't fill in the fees. I asked why, since I'm paying that price and not getting the fees. They said they don't do this type of endoscopy. I innocently asked if it was just them or all gynecologists who don't do these, since it was my first time. They said no, everyone does. I asked the other women if a doctor could lower the price a little, considering I have a heart condition and am spending a lot of money. I was so worried, but she wouldn't let me get a discount because she bought expensive materials. I just waited patiently and left it to God. I waited until they called me and said a doctor wanted to talk to me. I was happy, thinking maybe she felt sorry for me and would give me a discount, may God reward her. But then I was surprised. She came out and started yelling at me, saying, "What right do you have to ask if we fill it out at the CNS? Is it just us or everyone?" I started telling her, "Please, Doctor, speak calmly. I have the right to ask because I want to deposit my money and it's my first time. Besides, didn't my doctor talk to you and say it's an urgent and difficult case because she has a heart condition and many health problems, and she's still young?" She replied in a very rude way, saying, "I don't care if you're sick. I'm not honored to even touch you, and I'm going to talk to this doctor. Don't send me anything anymore." In this type of illness, I was crying, and I swear to God I almost collapsed there because my heart was hurting. I grabbed my papers and left. Her daughters started telling me to calm down because I was about to collapse. I told them if anything happened to me because of this doctor, I would hold her responsible. And indeed, last night I had a heart attack because of this doctor. I was insulted and humiliated by her, as if she was doing me a favor. I will not forgive you until tomorrow, before God, because I am sick and you ruined my health. Knowing that I asked other gynecologists yesterday and they told me half the price she quoted, and the strange thing is that they told me they fill it in at the CNS and it's returned because she said no, they don't fill it for me. What does this indicate...? The point is, I'm not honored to come to you because the treatment was substandard, insulting, etc. But God has blessed us with doctors who are excellent, conscientious, and treat patients with the utmost respect. One should judge between themselves and God, for whoever humbles themselves before God, God will exalt them.

I want to share my experience with my gynecologist, an exceptional woman who deserves all the respect and recognition. It is thanks to her, after God, that I was able to experience my cesarean delivery with serenity and confidence. From the very first consultations until the day my son was born, she guided me with gentleness, professionalism, and invaluable attentiveness. She takes her time, she reassures, she explains everything clearly, and above all, she never makes you feel rushed or neglected. Her touch is light, her hand is gentle, and her humane and soothing demeanor helped me immensely to experience this important event in the best possible conditions. Despite the natural apprehension I had about the cesarean, she managed to transform it into a positive and reassuring experience. I also can't forget her assistant, a gem! Always smiling, respectful, and attentive, she also deserves a big round of applause for her kindness and professionalism. However, I would like to point out that the receptionist might want to reconsider how she communicates with patients. Her behavior doesn't reflect the wonderful, caring energy of the rest of the team. Thank you so much to my gynecologist for her support, patience, and kindness. You have left a positive mark on my life, and I will always be grateful.
